Who Should Attend:
Everyone is welcome: members, non-members, retired, and active-duty military/ government personnel.
We have George Mason University Students who would like to play on a team and have a chance to learn how to network on the golf course!
Please consider sponsoring a student or request for one to play on your team.
Preference will go to Sponsors.
The format for the event is a Captain’s Choice 4-Person Scramble. One player designated as team “Captain.” All four players tee off and select the best drive for their second shot. All players play from that spot. This is repeated until the ball is holed.
Men will play the WHITE tees, Seniors, (60+) play the GOLD tees, and Ladies will play the RED tees.
Longest Drive will be on Hole 9 and Closest to the Pin will be on Hole 16.
Make sure to bring cash for raffles as well as any contests on the course!
Schedule of Events:
7:00 am - Registration & Driving Range Open
7:00ish am - Breakfast
8:15 am – Welcome announcements and direction from Golf Pro
8:30 am - Shotgun Start
2:00-2:30 pm - Buffet Lunch
After Lunch - Raffle drawings and Tournament Prizes
