Sponsors, and other individual ticket holders with their firm or organization, will also be assigned reserved seating with our featured panelists or near the front of the room, depending on availability. Sponsors may also, optionally, bring a leave-behind or SWAG item for the audience (estimated headcount 100). Sponsorship comes with one ticket to the event.

REFUND POLICY

All registered attendees will receive program information 1.5 hour PDH certificate, opt-in attendee list, which are eligible for registered attendees only. Therefore our refund and transfer policy is in effect as follows:

Refunds for ticket purchases, less the noted Eventbrite fee during checkout, will be accepted until one week before the luncheon by requesting a refund, in writing, no later than noon on Monday, July 22.

Transfers will be accepted through the online registration process free of charge until regular online registration closes at noon on Monday, July 22, regardless of sold-out status. No exceptions.

Sponsorship tickets and walk-in registrations are non-refundable. Ticket holder may be transferred for sponsors until the transfer cut off of Monday, July 22 at noon. Any transfer tickets after the deadline will be considered a Walk-in Ticket and must purchase at the walk-in rate. ****No walk-in registration transfers will be accepted. All walk-ins will be charged full walk-in ticket price.****

Each member is responsible for applying for his or her own PDH certificate after the conference. SAME cannot guarantee that all jurisdictions or licensing boards will accept all PDH credit; please check with your licensing board for more information.

* NOTE: Government / Non-Profit / Fully Retired rate clarification

Government rate is only for current DOD (Department of Defense), VA (Veteran Affairs) and other civilian Federal Government Agency employees representing their government agency at the event. Registrant will need to register with a “.gov” or “.mil” email domain. Registration without the “.gov” or “.mil” email domain will be cancelled.

Non-profit rate is for those representing a non-profit organization, such as an industry representative or academic institution as an attendee. Students who are full-time at their institution and not representing a firm or organization as an intern can use the non-profit rate. Registrants will need to register with a “.org” or “.edu” email domain. Registration without the .”org” or “.edu” email domain will be cancelled.

Fully retired means that you are no longer representing an organization, firm, or consulting practice in any capacity. Please put “N/A” for firm/organization when checking out.

DRESS CODE

Gentlemen are required to wear a coat and necktie or a suit. Ladies’ attire should be of comparable degree of formality. Short sleeved uniform or other uniform not requiring coat or tie may be worn in the Club when it is the prescribed uniform of the day by the respective military services. Please do not wear jeans or casual polo shirts to this event. You may be turned away by the Club with no refunds offered.
