Come join the Ohio Valley Section IFT for a behind-the-scenes look at how Sam Adams beverages are made at our Cincinnati brewery!Join us for a unique experience at the Sam Adams Brewery in Cincinnati! Explore the inner workings of the brewery located in OTR. Witness firsthand how delicious beverages are crafted and learn about the history behind these iconic beers. This in-person event is a must for beer enthusiasts and anyone curious about the art of brewing.
We will meet at 5pm at the Sam Adams Taproom where there is ample parking in the garage next door. We will proceed to the brewery for the tour, which takes about 2-2.5 hours. Our lead tour guide is a retired brewer who worked at the brewery for over 45 years.
PPE (helmet, eyewear, hi vis vest, earplugs, hair/beard nets) will be provided for the tour. Please no shorts, no sleeveless shirts (T shirt ok), no loose hanging clothing, and no open-toed shoes. Also be advised that there is a good deal of walking including up steep steps.
Once the tour is complete, we will return to the Taproom for a pint, some pizza and salad as well as networking time.
