5 Days of Contact Improvisation 4-9 of August 2026 by the Baltic Sea, FinlandJoin us for a co-creative festival of Contact jamming, dance, rest, and connection in nature. Each day begins with long morning jams, continues with space for rest and shared offerings from participants, and ends with sauna, music, evening jams and night fire.
What to expect:
🌀 Daily contact jams & guided sessions
🔥 Traditional sauna, singing circles & fire gatherings
🌲 Time in nature – sea, forest, silence
🏡 Comfortable rooms and beds (shared or single room) with warm showers.
⛺Bring your own tent or car if you like to camp
🥗 Home-cooked wholesome meals of vegetarian food
🌞 Access to the beach and sea for swims and play
Whether you're a seasoned mover or new to contact, you're warmly welcome. This is a festival made by and for all of us — come as you are, and co-create with us!
