Ticketed event to fundraise for Seabirds Free Swimming Lessons for Asylum Seekers.Seabirds have teamed up with the wonderful Jollof Cafe to put on the first of its kind SALTY SEABIRD SUPPER.
Where? West Hill Hall, Compton Avenue, BN1 3PS. In Brighton's 7 Dials area - 5 minutes walk from Brighton Station or near the number 7 bus stop.
When? Tuesday 23rd July at 7pm
A vegan/vegetarian meal cooked by the chefs from Jollof Cafe (more info about the cafe below) and a social space to hang out with your favourite salty swim friends. Come solo or in a group. All welcome. We will have a bar and hot drinks for those who prefer a cuppa. We will also have an early finish so you can get home before 10:30 latest!
This will fundraise for Seabirds for a much needed cash injection so that we can continue to offer our free swimming lessons to local asylum seeking women and subsidised lessons to other people on low income etc. Times are hard so we are calling on our salty community to help us out and have a good time in the process! When you purchase this ticket you will get free delivery on any other items you add to your basket.
Jollof Cafe is open to all each week at 1pm on a Wednesday at West Hill Hall. Vegetarian food cooked by skilled chefs from all over the world we cook with love! Come and join us, all welcome and we raise money for destitute migrants in our group and offer mutual aid and support.
