Salto Tumbling Workshop (8-17yrs)

Saturday 14th March 2026: 1:00pm-3:00pm

Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Salto Tumbling Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to safely perform Forward and Backward Saltos. In this workshop, students will focus on safe progressions for forward and backward saltos on the trampoline and floor.

Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 8- 17 years only.

• Ages 8-17yrs only
• Ability Level: All levels welcome
• Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
• No refunds are available.
• A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
• Advance bookings only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
