Join Everybody Bend Yoga at the Total Rejuvenation salt cave for an incredible halotherapy nidra experience. Halotherapy (salt therapy) provides the benefits of soothing seasonal allergies, decreasing chronic respiratory issues, improving skin conditions, detoxifying the body, and improving symptoms of anxiety and depression, while nidra strengthens the immune system by reducing stress and tension. One hour of nidra is the equivalent of four hours of deep sleep!
During this experience, you’ll lay on yoga mats with various supportive yoga props on a beach of Himalayan salt amidst the ambient glow of the salt wall. A fine aerosol mist of pharmaceutical grade salt is pumped into the room while you are guided through the deep relaxation experience of nidra. There is nothing more you need to do but show up wearing comfortable clothing and have a desire to restore your brain and body.
