Join us in the library park for POUND® Fitness presented by Salsa City Studio. This fitness class is a rhythmic, full-body workout using lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix®. Participants combine cardio, strength training, and core work with energizing music to improve coordination, endurance, and muscle tone while relieving stress. All movements can be adapted, making POUND® accessible for a wide range of fitness levels. For adults. You don’t need to register.
