Then this will be followed by Cuban Salsa Fusion Partner work.

Bio: Maikel Mota
Maikel Mota Martínez, originally from Camagüey, began exploring the world of dance at an early age. He actively participated in hip hop and break dance competitions, especially focusing on Afro-Cuban rhythms, as well as partner casino competitions and casino wheel events. These early experiences provided Maikel with a strong foundation before embarking on his professional career.
Between 2009 and 2012, Maikel served as the principal dancer, performer, choreographer, and leader of the Telón Abierto Artistic Group, where he excelled in national dance festivals and earned the Gold Medal at a National Dance Festival, showcasing his exceptional skills and innate talent.
In 2016, Maikel joined the Feeling entertainment company, honing his techniques in Cuban cabaret, expanding his repertoire, and artistic abilities.
His career took him beyond Cuba's borders when from 2017 to 2019, he was part of Steps Productions Circo and Cirque de Cuba in Antalya, Turkey, serving as the principal dancer, acrobat, and team leader. This international experience was pivotal in broadening his artistic background and establishing his reputation as a versatile and talented artist.
Subsequently, between 2019 and 2020, Maikel had the honor of participating in the Winter Wonderland Christmas Show in Hyde Park, as well as shows with the Big Kid Circus and Zippos Circus in the United Kingdom, where he again assumed leadership roles as a principal dancer, acrobat, and manager, solidifying his reputation as a standout performer.
In addition to his stage career, Maikel has dedicated time to teaching dance. Since October 2019 to the present, he has been a teacher at the Acosta Dance Foundation and Cuban Sundays, imparting his knowledge and passion for dance to future generations of artists.
Maikel's journey in the dance world has been thrilling and challenging, but each experience has been instrumental in his development as an artist. He is committed to continuing to grow, learn, and share his love for dance with the world.
