WE ARE DELIGHTED TO HAVE ANOTHER TWO FABULOUS BRISTOL BASED TEACHERS HANNAH LEVICK AND TEF JANSMA TONIGHT!⭐️The south west is lucky to see Hannah and Tef teach in Thornbury every Tuesday dedicating their classes to On2 Salsa dancing.
Hannah’s dancing started aged three with ballet, tap and modern and later she fell in love with salsa, a passion that has lasted over two decades. Hannah has performed nationally and internationally with Shelley and Gil’s semi-professional team, Alma de Pexava for over 5 years, and has taught throughout the UK. Hannah loves sharing her knowledge to help dancers hone high quality movement and become the best dancers they can be.
Tef has been dancing salsa for over 10 years and has taken classes all over the world. Before moving to Bristol, he was a regular teacher for Ardour in Cardiff providing technique-focused classes and entertaining students with his good humour and friendly approach. Tef is passionate about Salsa dancing and this reflects in his teaching when using complex turn patterns he has a great ability to translate them in a way that is easy for students to understand and apply to their dancing. Tef and Hannah will be taking our Improver level On1 Salsa class and we have no doubt you’ll come away with some smooth moves to hit the dance floor with!
ABOUT OUR SOCIAL & WHAT TO EXPECT
Everyone over 18 is welcome to our socials, whether you’re a complete beginner just starting out or an experienced dancer we can’t wait to welcome you to the dance floor!
Our doors will open at 6.45pm and we start the evening with a fun salsa class for beginners at 7pm followed by an Improvers Salsa with Tef and Hannah at 8pm to get us warmed up.
From approx 8.45pm the rest of the evening is yours to enjoy the fantastic selection of Salsa, Bachata and cha cha music played by the Salsa Bristol Team and our guest teachers Hannah and Tef to keep you dancing through the night!
PRICE AND VENUE
The cost of the evening is £10 which is cash only at the door. No need to pre book for our events!
You will find us on the first floor at the Imperial Sports Ground, West Town Lane, Bristol. BS14 9EA
This fantastic venue has onsite parking, you will also find parking in the street opposite the entrance to the car park if it’s full.
You will find a bar on the ground floor which serves food and all your favourite hot and cold drinks as well as cakes and snacks. The bar has a last call time of 11pm so make sure you get your drinks before the bar closes.
