For ages 18 & up
Description
Lighten up your meals with the addition of these dishes that include leafy greens, protein, a bit of spice, and a little indulgence. You'll not only learn to make a salad dressing, you'll char kale to mellow it a bit while your main course is in the oven, and then create a French lemon loaf cake for the perfect bit of sweetness to end your meal. During class, while working with a small team, you'll practice your knife skills, pick up tips on pan roasting, and bake a classic dessert. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the heathy-ish feast that you have created.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
