Many people find ‘Sales’ challenging. The purpose of this workshop is to better understand where those perceived challenges come from and how to overcome them. We will look at:
· What we mean when we talk about ‘Selling’
· The popular myths around ‘what makes a great salesperson’
· The key elements to successful sales
· What motivates our clients to work with (buy from!) us
· Buyer behaviour
· Differentiating our product/service from those of our competitors
The workshop is designed for audience participation! So, please come prepared to share your experiences of good – and bad – sales. And more importantly, take the time to think about how you FELT at the time!
