In this Sales Club session at Clockwise Liverpool, we’ll look at how to use simple, authentic stories to create emotional connection, build trust quickly, and make what you sell feel real (not “salesy”).

You’ll leave with practical techniques you can use immediately: how to choose the right story for the moment, how to structure it so it’s engaging (without waffling), and how to link it back to the commercial point so it drives action.
