In the inaugural session of Sales Club at West Herts College Business Lounge in partnership with the Watford and West Herts Chamber of Commerce, we'll be running a fun, engaging and interactive session, talking all things sales to get you hitting the ground running into next year.

Our Sales Clubs are packed with the Latest strategies, techniques and tips - all designed to grow your business and improve your sales skills. Whether you're on your own, a small team or part of a wider sales operaction, this is for you!

In this session, we'll be focussing specifically on GHOSTING 👻 (it's Halloween after all 🎃!). How many times have you had that really productive call/meeting and then left hanging for days, weeks or even months?? We'll be discussing all the aspects around this - why it happens, how you can handle it when it does but best of all, how to avoid it happening in the first place.
