This sound bath will take place in the crystal salt oasis suite. The divine vibes are already waiting for you!
This special session falls near the full moons powerful energy to aid releasing all that no longer serves. We welcome you to come equipt with something you’d like to release at this time. Let the group energy support you and the sacred sounds and tools to clear it away.
We like to call Revivie Resonance, the “deluxe”. This Group includes a selection of hot tea served before the session, along with the opportunity to choose a crystal to work with that pairs with your energy/intention. In addition to the group sound bath, each participant will receive individual energy work. During the sound bath, Sarah will focus on each person’s energy field using crystals, reiki, tuning forks, and sound. If she receives messages during this process, she will share them as they come through. While not all methods may be used, Sarah will be guided by spirit to determine what’s needed for each individual at that moment for their greater good. To cleanse, remove blockages & enhance flow in the energy fields.

During this experience, you’ll lie (or sit) in a tranquil space, inviting you to let go and welcome the healing power of sound to resonate within you. The soothing tones will help you achieve a deep, meditative state, activating your parasympathetic nervous system for rest and healing.
Participants often report reduced stress, improved mood, mental clarity, and even visions or messages during the session. Many experience relief from pain and enhanced meditation. The organized tones resonate with your DNA, cells, and nerves, promoting balance and harmony at a cellular level. I see this practice as a beautiful way to release stagnant energy, cleanse and refresh your spirit, and cultivate inner peace that you can carry with you.
About your sound bath guide and her intentions: Sarah is a dedicated interdimensional sound healer, energy worker, and crystal Reiki practitioner. As a spiritual guide and channel, she creates transformative spaces for deep relaxation, healing, and inner exploration. In her healing sessions, Sarah invites participants to transcend the physical world and enter the quantum field of infinite possibilities. Guided by spirit and infused with divine love, she channels healing energies through sound, frequencies, crystals, voice, Reiki, and various instruments to release blockages, balance the nervous system & chakras, and restore harmony on a cellular level.

The majority of the sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, but may also include drumming, singing, tuning forks, rattles, reiki, and more!
