Craft colorful, nutritious salads for the week - to make healthy living easier for you!What you need to bring: 2 chopped and ready to go toppings - enough to share (3-4 cups) and a bag/container of lettuce. Also, we usually make 4-5 salads - so bring 5 mason jars. I’ve found that wide-mouth pint size work the best. If you don’t have them, I have extra on hand for $1/jar, just let me know beforehand.
I have some dressings, but if you have a favorite, feel free to bring it.

Here are some ideas but not an exhaustive list 🙂Carrots, peppers, broccoli, onions, eggs, beans, celery, avocado, fruit, nuts, seeds, tomatoes, chicken, cabbage, cauliflower, etc - things you like on salads!
