CORIE SEED is a third-degree black belt and experienced Japanese Jiu Jitsu instructor at Sisters Fitness Club. She's deeply passionate about teaching fall prevention for the elderly, combining her martial arts expertise with community care.
Huda Amareh is a licensed Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. With a background in health promotion, research & public health, Huda is passionate about providing quality nutritional care to diverse clientele and teaching people to both love and listen to their bodies.
