One Night Only | Counter 71 x Kamosu
Join us for a one-off pairing evening of Modern British Cuisine and Japanese Fine Sake at the counter-style, beautifully intimate 16-seater restaurant, Counter 71.
Enjoy a 15-course tasting menu celebrating the best ingredients of the British Isles accompanied by 5 sake pairings curated by Erika Haigh, sake expert and founder of Kamosu.
All 5 sakes will be sourced from Obata Brewery in Sado Island, Japan. Fifth-generation owner of the brewery, Rumiko Obata, will be travelling specially over from Japan for this very occasion.

The counter opens at 6:30pm.
Dinner will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
We recommend arriving at 6:45pm to enjoy a drink in lowcountry beforehand.
This food and sake pairing experience will be £199pp.
Due to the limited number of seats available, reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we are unable to cater for vegan guests nor provide menus free of dairy, eggs or alcohol.
