Honda Shoten, established in 1921 in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture,Tatsuriki is renowned as pioneers in brewing premium Daiginjo sake and championing the concept of terroir by strictly using the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice from the region's "Special A" districts.

During this masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to taste five distinct sake varieties from the Tatsuriki collection, each offering unique flavors and aromas that highlight the artistry behind traditional Japanese distillation.
