Sake is a magical beverage--if you know what you're drinking! Stephanie is an expert in all things lactic, and that includes sake. For World Sake Day 2024, the day when official sake brewing season kicks off in Japan, she wants to take 25 of her wonderful drinking students across the Pacific Ocean to experience the building blocks of what could become your new favorite crusher! We'll taste through 6 sake styles, each vastly different than the next, and the entry-level questions you've always been afraid to ask about sake will finally have some delicious answers.
