Join Our Sailor's Valentine Workshop!
Ready to craft something unique? Join the Museum for a special Valentine’s Day Workshop! Sailor’s valentines are beautiful folk-art masterpieces originating in Barbados in the 19th century, where American sailors flocked to buy boxes intricately with beautiful shells decorated by local women. We will provide the materials to create a one-of-a-kind valentine. All you have to bring is creativity!
