You are invited to an intimate evening in the Tower Room at Cowdray Ruins, where craft, creativity and flavour come together. You will be guided through a tasting of four expressions of Saicho Sparkling Tea, each showcasing the delicate character and complexity of fine tea in sparkling form. Alongside the tasting, Sculptor Nicola Dobrowolski will lead a hands on workshop where you will create your own unique paper flowers, drawing inspiration from nature and the flavours in your glass.
All materials included. Please note the venue is accessed by a steep flight of stairs to the tower.
