Part 2 of a Two-Part Blue Moon Journey ~Under the Sagittarius Full Moon, the second of two Full Moons in May, we gather to release… and rise.
After softening and letting go earlier this month, this moon invites you to lift your gaze, open your heart, and step forward with more freedom.
Through an uplifting, breath-centered flow, we’ll build heat, movement, and momentum—creating space for expansion, clarity, and possibility.
We’ll close with a “Blow It Away” ritual, using breath and bubbles as a symbol of release.
With each exhale, you’ll be invited to let go of what’s been lingering… and watch it drift, float, and disappear.

Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!
5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.
There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
