SAGE presents the Social Prescribing Showdown, a fundraiser for the arts advocacy non-profit SAGE!

1 Night for a Chance to WIN 12 Art Classes...
SAGE is excited to host the "Social Prescription Showdown", a night to cheer on some of our favorite artists and impactful organizations as they team up for three rounds of exhilarating competition:
Round One: 8 Organizations are randomly paired with one of 8 area artists. This round, in two parts, will challenge the organization members to complete an unfinished art piece belonging to their artist team member. Audience members act as judges to advance the top 4 art pieces.
Round Two: The top 4 teams from Round One advance to have random art supplies dumped out at their work stations. Teams will have a time limit to create a piece of art from what they've been given. Once again, the audience votes, and the top 2 teams advance to the FINAL ROUND.
Round Three: Art Trivia! The top two teams will challenge their brains on what they know about all things arts and culture. For the final round teams will get one more opportunity to add a team member; they'll choose to add an artist, a librarian, or a museum curator. Art Trivia determines the WINNER of the Social Prescription Showdown!
As SAGE's fundraiser, tickets will be on sale for $30 to attend this exciting event. In addition to the live competition we'll have special guests, a pop-up Open Studio where you can create your own art, mental health resources and information about our partner organizations, food, drinks, a silent auction, and MORE!

The Tarlton Theatre offers complimentary parking at the paved lot located immediately to the west of the theatre at 100 South Chestnut Avenue. Parking spaces marked "The Tarlton Theatre" are reserved for theatre guests only. Free parking is also available on South Broadway, South Chestnut Avenue, and Howard Street, but we caution our guests against parking their vehicles overnight.
