RESERVATION DEPOSIT is not REFUNDABLE but it is TRANSFERABLE. If incase the joiner will back out he/she is the one who needed to look for another joiner who he/she is comfortable to transfer the reservation deposit with.
ORGANIZERS have the RIGHTS to cancel the event in case, if the number of pax was not met or the weather is bad and not ideal for a hike. If the event was cancelled all the reservation deposits will be REFUNDED or look for another date for the event.
Our ITINERARY can be CHANGED or DELAYED due to few reasons, Late comers, The CAPABILITY of the joiner to hike fast, the number of rest the team will have and the long photo ops.
