Join our biggest undertaking to date of our Safety Sunday series! We first cleaned up this section nearly 2 years ago and had our biggest turn out ever. It's clearly a crucial area, being one of the few connectors into Gentilly for people on bike. Though there is some physical separation to promote safer biking, the bike lane quickly fills up with sand and other debris making it almost more dangerous to ride through then to quickly merge into the traffic lane, in a point where the visibility would be lowest for cars to see you *sigh*We'll bring water, brooms, reflective vests, shovels and trash bags. Wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes. Bring anything you'd like to assist with the clean up and some friends!
