safeTALK by CMHA NS will be offered Thursday, November 28th from 8:30am-12:30pm. It will be held at the Evangeline Club in Berwick. There will be coffee, tea & refreshments during the course & lunch is an option at the end of the course.There is no cost, as this is collaboration between the Kings County Family Resource Centre, the Evangeline Club, the East Kings Community Health Board, the Kings West Community Health Board, CMHA NS & the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.

Learn and practice powerful, life-changing skills in just 4 hours.
Most people with thoughts of suicide invite help. Often these opportunities are missed, dismissed or avoided leaving people more alone and at greater risk. *Please Note: safeTALK is not suitable for those who have recently been seriously affected by suicide.
