Don’t miss out on your chance to learn how to help your baby sleep soundly, develop sleep pattern workshop and set them up for a healthy future.Join the Elkhart County Family Resource Center and Triple P Elkhart County for our Safe Sleep and Developing Sleep Patterns Workshop in 2026 at the Elkhart FRC (500 N Nappanee St, Suite 4A, Elkhart, IN 46514. Classes will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month in Spanish and the 4th Tuesday of the month in English. at 3 PM. If you can't make these dates or times, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
The first 30 minutes of this free hourlong workshop will focus on steps for Safe Sleep for parents of babies, and the second 30 minutes will be a Positive Parenting Program presentation on proven strategies parents can use to help their baby develop healthy sleep patterns.
In addition to learning essential tips for keeping your baby safe each night, all attendees will receive a FREE Pack 'n Play (only if you don't have a safe sleep area for your baby) and 5 BABE Coupons—an amazing opportunity for new parents!
No need to register, but please arrive at least 10 minutes early to make sure we can start on time.
