Join fellow riders for a grounding and inspiring start to the year as movement, mindset and goal clarity come together to support your personal and equestrian goals.

*The studio is located within Blush Artistry. Studio door is located on the west side of the building, upstairs.
Investment: $126 (including GST). Bring your barn “accountability buddy” and pay $105 each when you register together!

SCHEDULE
Session One — January 11
Ease back in after the holidays with a morning designed to help you reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin by inviting mindfulness through breath work, intention setting practices, and gentle, rider-focused yoga. Then, Darci of E-pops Performance will share neuroscience-backed tools for effective, sustainable goal setting. Both Darci and Desiree will then send you home with a bit of fun “homework” to spark ideas and gather inspiration for your vision board.
Session Two — January 25
In this hands-on creative session, you’ll spend the morning learning about the purpose and power of vision boards - and then craft your own. To close, Darci will lead a discussion on navigating roadblocks and overcoming limiting beliefs so you can stay aligned with your goals throughout the year.
Included:
-Beverages and snacks at both sessions
-16" x 21" canvas board
-Scissors, glue, and a selection of decorations
-Up to five pages of full-color printed images (submitted as PDFs before the workshop)
