This 90-minute Sacred Reset is your space to release the heaviness of last year, reconnect with yourself, and welcome 2026 with intention, clarity, and a calmer nervous system.
We’ll move gently through deeply supported restorative yoga, blended with calming aromatherapy and slow, intentional breathwork to help your whole body soften. From there, you’ll slip into a guided meditation and crystal bowl sound journey designed to ground you, clear your energy, and open space for what you’re calling in this year.
We’ll close with a personal oracle card message — a small, meaningful reminder of the energy you’re meant to carry forward as you step into your next chapter.
What to Bring:• Yoga mat• Bolster (or two pillows)• Blanket• Warm, cozy layers• Optional: eye mask
No experience is needed — this evening is for anyone craving rest, renewal, and a sacred moment to breathe before the new year truly begins.
