Join us for a time of reflection and contemplation through scripture, prayer and blues/rock music led by area musicians. Readings and meditations will re-frame secular music in a sacred light. The Saturday between Good Friday and Easter Sunday, sometimes called Holy Saturday or the Easter Vigil, commemorates the final day of Christ’s death, and is often commemorated with a day of somber meditation as people consider the world of darkness that would exist without the hope and redemption of Christ’s resurrection.
