Sacred Womens Drum Circle

We will be celebrating the Equinox with sacred Egyptian Blue Lotus tea (optional) and connecting to the Goddess Isis, Hathor and more…
Rooted in deep respect for Ancient Egyptian tradition we will be in ceremony that invites relaxation and spiritual connection through meditation and drumming. At a time of year that represents rebirth and the returning light we will invite in emotional healing. Just as the Blue Lotus rises from the mud, we are awakening.
My mentor, the amazing Lucy from Relax Revive Restore is handcrafting a magical aromatherapy spray. We will use that to help us tune in deeper to the energy of the ceremony.
This is a space to come together in sacred sisterhood, women connecting with each other and the rhythm of the drum.
No experience necessary. I have instruments to borrow, but please feel free to bring your own.
Expect grounding meditation, drumming, singing and sharing. YOU are so welcome.
Herbal teas & home made cake will be available.
