Sacred Women's Circle

Darling one welcome. You warmly invited to gather for the upcoming Sacred Women's Circle being held on Sunday 6th October at 6pm - 8pm in Hove.

At the heart of our Sacred Women's Circle lies the intention to provide you with a sanctuary to share your journey, fears and dreams. Wether you're searching for insights, a deeper connection to yourself and others, or simply yearning for a safe space to be seen and heard just as you are, our circle warmly embraces you.

These autumn months call for introspection and self-care, inviting us to gather in community and share in our common sisterhood.

We will begin the circle by each sharing our name and tuning into our energy and how we are feeling in this moment.

You will then be invited to close your eyes before being guided on a seasonal guided meditation. This meditation is a call to connect to your inner well of wisdom.

Journalling practise - this powerful tool offers us deep insights into who we are now, who we are becoming and who we dream to become.

Sacred sharing circle - a safe space for you to share what ever is on your heart and to be held simply and powerfully in that moment. I beleive we each hold the wisdom we seek when given the space and opportunity to speak freely in a nonjudgmental place.

Intention setting practise - call in your hearts deepest desires with purpose and intention, whilst releasing all that no longer serves you...creating space for expansion!

Heartfelt farewell - closing the evening with a warm embrace and a sense of community as you carry the magic of the circle far into the night.
