In this 1.5-hour workshop, Regard will guide you through an exploration of how generational trauma creates unseen barriers to deeper connection—not only with yourself but also in your romantic relationships, work dynamics, and friendships. By bringing awareness to these hidden patterns, you’ll gain the tools to release what no longer serves you and step into a more aligned, connected, and empowered version of yourself.
This sacred space is open to all women—whether you’re on a fertility journey, navigating motherhood, or simply seeking deep healing. No prior experience with energy work is needed—just an open heart and a willingness to heal.

🔹 Opening: Ground & Set Intentions – Settle into a safe and sacred space, connect with your body, and set your healing intentions.
🔹 Understanding the Womb’s Emotional Imprint– Learn how your womb holds unprocessed emotions, generational trauma, and limiting beliefs that shape your life.
🔹 Group Channeling & Energy Clearing – Release stagnant emotions and reconnect with your inner wisdom through a guided energy-clearing session.
🔹 Hot Seat Channeling – Due to limited time, two participants will be randomly selected for a 10-minute 1-on-1 channeling session. If chosen, trust that the message is meant for you. There is no obligation to enter, and even if you’re not selected, the insights may deeply resonate.
🔹 Inner Reflection & Journaling – Receive powerful journaling prompts to uncover emotional blocks and gain clarity on what needs healing.
🔹 Group Sharing & Integration – A supportive space to share reflections (if you feel called) and integrate the shifts from the session.
