This April, join Staci and co-host Lauren Eckstrom as we gather in circle to explore belonging, not as something we search for, but as something we live.
So often we think belonging is a feeling we hope to experience someday - when we find the right people, the right place, or the right version of ourselves. But true belonging begins when we choose to arrive as we are. When we soften. When we listen. When we allow ourselves to be seen, and offer the same space to others.
Belonging is not something we wait for. It is something we practice.
We are honored to welcome Lauren Eckstrom as our guest guide for this special Sunset Circle.
Lauren and Staci have shared many years in the wellness community, and Lauren was one of the teachers who shaped what a loving and supportive studio experience could feel like. Her presence has always carried a rare combination of depth and warmth, the kind that invites people to feel at home within themselves and with one another.
As the founder of Inner Dimension Yoga, Lauren has supported thousands of students around the world in building meaningful inner practices rooted in awareness, compassion, and connection.
Together, we will create an evening of reflection, connection, and shared presence, remembering that belonging isn't something we earn.
