About this Event
Join Valerie in the Sacred Circle to celebrate the Winter Solstice! This is an intimate gathering for those who are looking to process & release through the body as we move through the darkest day. We will collectively set intentions to navigate winter and move towards lighter times!
If you:

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different ? options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.
You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and sound healing. This will then transition into intention setting, working with the energy of the Winter Solstice.
We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind.
After this, as you rest in shavasana, Val will take us through the process of tuning the body & mind towards a calmer state, and harmonize the body's own vibrations through a combination of crystal bowls, tuning forks, and more. Utilizing the power of sound and vibration, you will be guided into a deeper state of rest & relaxation.
Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, Reiki & sound practitioner Val Davis, within the Sacred Circle.

What to bring:
- Journal & pen
- Yoga mat
- Pillow
- Anything you want for breathwork & sound healing(blanket, eye mask, bolster)
- Items for the altar (you can take them back home with you after)
- Clothing layers: event is in the foothills where the temperature is 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver
I have extra eye masks, blankets, and a couple yoga mats available.
Water, tea, and light snacks will also be provided!
Space we will gather in together, located in the foothills of Morrison, CO (closer to Evergreen).
NOTE: Only a camping toilet in a privacy tent is available immediately outside the door located in photo. If this does not meet your personal needs, please note that ahead of time. You can receive full refund if already booked.
