“I know that when the kundalini moves in me, she is sacred and not dangerous; she is alive and so am I. My sexuality, my healing prowess, and my abundant energies are all part of the same gift of my sacred body. The body is more than a sensual receptor, more than a physical vehicle, it is an instrument of superconscious awareness with a direct line to the soul.”
Vicki Noble, Shakti Woman
Beginning in winter and carrying us through to spring this 3 module ongoing group is an invitation to gather together, to move, to rest and sit in circle as we engage with the current of our creative and sexual life force energy. It is designed to offer a strong and supportive container as we journey at depth, with intention and curiosity to explore embodiment of our sensual and sovereign nature.
It is through the energy of our desire that we create our world and everything within it. We are powerful creative beings that have the capacity to self regulate, to be in command of our energies and to feel alive, abundant and welcome here. At times in our lives this may feel true and at other times we may feel shaky, uncertain and mistrustful of life and our direction or place within it.
Modern culture moves many of us out of right relationship with our physical bodies, with our sensuality and with our sexuality as a natural and healing force. We are frequently pressured to be more or to be other than we really are. This causes stress and shame, blocking the possibility of real intimacy with ourselves and each other. At this time on the planet we are all challenged to remember our true nature and come home to a felt sense of safety and belonging within ourselves and with the earth we live upon.
As human beings we live in a world of polarity and we long for union. In our daily lives we are constantly moving in-between poles; inner and outer, masculine and feminine, light and darkness, seeking balance within and around us. Our sexual energy is the rhythmic dance that balances and restores the flow of life force energy moving through us.
Supported by the resources of Open Floor movement, teachings from the chakra system and the commitment of on ongoing circle we will explore pathways to unify the opposing forces within our selves and create a sense of wholeness, joy and belonging in our lives. Through anchoring in our pelvic root, and opening to the intelligence of the heart and womb centres we can access the potency of their connection to one another as a foundation for integration of our masculine and feminine energies. Moving towards the crown we move into the territory of the embodied Soul and beyond the confines of our personality and lived experience into the realms of our divine and cosmic nature.
In the dance we meet the mystery of the life force moving through us. We practice listening to it and following what unfolds. This expands our capacity for presence and opens doorways to our essential self, encouraging us to remember and align with what matters most to us.
From there we can make a choice for embodied living where we are resourced enough to express the full range of our passion and creativity and to experience the sovereignty of our authentic selves.
€597 / €555 (if booked by September 25th)
