Dear beautiful soul,We are excited to flow together with you in a sacred space where we all share our magical gifts, our delicious moves, and our unique vibrations in co-creation with the sunset.🌅
The evening includes a Cacao Ceremony with intention sharing, an ecstatic dance with a selection of both groovy, sacred, hot and chill music, a gong sound bath for integration, and a sharing circle where we will ground together.
The Sacred Sunset Full Moon Ceremony will be held at Grefsenkollen, with a spectacular view over Oslo and of the evening sun.
To reach Grefsenkollen, you are encouraged to find other participants to join you on a hike up from Akebakken (forest road) or Grefsenkollveien (car road). Walking up is a nice way to connect with nature and each other, and it will take you about 20-40 minutes. If the walk doesn’t call you, find someone with a car, blink your beautiful bambi eyes, and ask if you can join them! ❣️
We will also provide someone to drive those of you who are not up for the walk. Please get in touch with us if you need a ride!
While we wait for everyone to arrive, you are welcome to add your magical item to our common altar and enjoy the view.🪶
As we serve ceremonial grade cacao from sacred Peru, you are invited to set a personal intention for the evening and for this Full Moon in Sagittarius. Her medicine will sing through your vessel, open your heart, support your energy flow, and guide you into expressing yourself authentically and untamed through our journey together.💫
During the ecstatic dance, allow yourself to follow your intuition and flow of the music and listen deeply to the many phases and emotions that will serve you this evening. Dancing alone or together, singing, screaming, jumping or lying down on the floor to relax, everything is welcome and there’s no limit to what you can embody. 🌕✨
Towards the end of the dance, there will be a calmer section where we invite for conscious touch if that calls your spirit.🧡
During the sound bath, you are invited to snuggle under your blanket and connect inwards in your own energy field, while your body is bathed in the vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, rattles, bells and drum.✨
We plan to finish the final sharing circle before 21:30 (latest 22), and will keep the space open for mingling, snacking and landing after that. We will have a vegan meal available for you to enjoy whenever you get hungry during the event (vegetable soup and bread made by the wonderful kitchen at Grefsenkollen Restaurant - included in the price) and an open, trust-based vipps bar with non-alcholic beverages.
After the event, maybe you'll be lucky and see the magical Full Moon rising while you're on your way home.🌕

Doors open at 17, event starts at 17:30 when we all have arrived.
We plan to finish before 21:30, but feel free to stay for a while longer.

Full Moon Price: 666 kr

Water bottle
Clothes you can move in (and something warm for the evening),
A yoga mat and a blanket for the sound bath
If you want, a small personal item for the altar (maybe you find something in nature on your way up?)
