We have a very intimate circle, there is a limited number of ten attendees. Please reserve your seat asap. I need to prepare the cacao and make enough for everyone.
Cacao is chocolate in its purest form. It contains several nutrients, historically known as “the food of the gods”. This plant medicine allows us to open our hearts more dee. ply. Cacao helps us release negative patterns, fears, and addictions.
We will delight in the energy of the sunrise, sand, and ocean.
You will experience:

-meditation
-a light yoga practice
What to wear:
-comfortable clothing/yoga wear
What to bring:
-2 large towels or 2 large blankets
-water
-journal and pen
-optional (crystals, flowers, Sun hat)
What to do before ceremony:
-do not eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before
-a light meal/snack 1-2 hours before is fine
-do not drink alcohol/coffee or stimulants
-drink water before and after
-come with an open heart ?
