No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to breathe and let go.
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat
- A pillow or bolster for added comfort
- A blanket to stay cozy
- Water to stay hydrated
- Anything else that helps you relax (essential oils, crystals, etc.)
We do have some extra yoga mats and blankets avaiable for those that need them. Eye masks will be provided.
