This class will be held at 1st Option Title offices on 8th of March, Tuesday, in 7975 N. Hayden Road, Suite A-200 Scottsdale, AZ 85258, 4pm – 6pm.
In this course we will be discussing homestead vs non-homestead properties and how they affect the attachment and longevity of liens. Then we’ll specifically review mortgage liens, judgment liens, mechanic and materialman’s liens, tax liens, child support liens, Lis Pendens, UCC liens, hospital liens, and restitution liens.
