Sacred Sunday Sound Bath - PONTEFRACT

Join Amy from Sacred Sounds at Santosha Yoga Studios, Pontefract for a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Alongside the sound experience, Amy creates a warm sense of community and connection throughout the session.

We’ll begin with herbal tea, an oracle card pull and optional sharing, before settling into a guided meditation and immersive sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments. You’ll be lying on yoga mats, so please consider suitability when booking.

Amy is a Yorkshire-based modern-day medicine woman working with sound bowls, reiki and shamanic practices to help you reconnect, recharge and feel the good vibes.
