Sacred Sundays is a weekly space to slow down, reconnect, and reset before the new week begins. This 90-minute guided experience blends gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing practices to help regulate the nervous system and bring you back into balance. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply want intentional time for yourself, this is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Each session is designed to be accessible to all levels. Expect a grounding movement practice, guided breathing techniques, reflective stillness, and a welcoming community atmosphere focused on growth, healing, and authentic connection.
