Sacred Stillness: Awakening & BalanceAs the energy of spring begins to awaken around us, we are invited to reconnect with the quiet wisdom within. Sacred Stillness offers a gentle and supportive space to pause, breathe, and listen deeply to your inner knowing.
Through a calming guided meditation led by Tina Santana, participants will be invited to settle into stillness and create space for clarity, balance, and intuitive insight to arise. The meditation will be supported by immersive sound offered by Jessiy Hawthorne, whose soundscape will help deepen relaxation and create a peaceful atmosphere for inner exploration.
Following the meditation, Tina will guide a safe and welcoming discussion space where participants are invited to share reflections, insights, or simply listen and integrate the experience in community.
Whether you are seeking grounding, clarity, or a moment of calm connection, this gathering offers a nurturing space to slow down and return to yourself.
No meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
This circle is open to women and all female-identifying individuals who feel called to gather in a supportive and nurturing space.
