In the quiet of winter, we are invited to soften, slow down, and turn inward.
This February gathering of Sacred Stillness offers a gentle space to reconnect with self-compassion—the steady warmth that sustains us when the world feels heavy or demanding. Through guided meditation, breath, and intentional stillness, we will tend to the places within that long for kindness, safety, and care.
Rather than striving or fixing, this circle invites you to rest, to listen deeply, and to remember that self-compassion is not a luxury—it is a source of strength, healing, and renewal.
You will experience:
• Grounding breathwork
• A guided meditation for presence and inner awareness
• Quiet reflection or journaling
• Intention-setting for the new year
• A closing blessing in circle
Come as you are. No experience with meditation is necessary.
All that is required is a willingness to pause and receive.
