This Sacred Spirit Circle is a nurturing space where we come together to explore the energy of our chakras, work with crystals, and receive Reiki energy to restore balance and alignment.
In the fast paced rhythm of life, it is easy to lose touch with our energetic body and inner harmony. Sacred Spirit Circle offers you the opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through guided chakra work, crystal healing, and Reiki energy. Together, we will nurture our energy, release what no longer serves us, and invite clarity, vitality, and balance into our lives.

You are welcome to bring anything special to include in your practice, such as your own crystals, journal, or personal items that enhance your experience. Wear comfy clothes and come with an open heart.
This is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space. All are welcome. We gather with openness, respect, and care, speaking and listening from the heart. Sacred Spirit Circle honours diversity, individuality, and shared humanity, creating a space where everyone feels seen, held, and valued.
