About this Event
The holiday season, though joyful for some, can often magnify the pain of loss for those who are grieving. We invite you to join us in a sacred space where you can pause, reflect, and honor your grief during this tender time.
We will begin with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, guiding you into a state of conscious rest and relaxation. This practice will help calm the mind and ease physical tension, creating space for stillness and reflection.
Following the Yoga Nidra, Gigi will lead you through a soothing sound bath using the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments, while Jamie offers Reiki to each participant. The combination of sound healing and Reiki will help release emotional pain, restore balance, and bring peace to your heart during a season when grief can feel especially heavy.
To close, we will hold space for sharing. If you feel called, this will be a time to connect with others, share your grief experiences, and find support in a compassionate and safe environment.
No prior experience is needed. This is a space for you to find solace and healing as we come together in community to honor loss during the holiday season.
Event Schedule:
- Yoga Nidra: Begin with 20 minutes of calming Yoga Nidra meditation.
- Reiki & Sound Bath: Flow into a soothing sound bath with Reiki energy to promote healing and balance.
- Sharing Space: Conclude with time for those who wish to share their experiences in a supportive setting.
ABOUT JAMIE STOUCH:
Jamie’s healing journey began over a decade ago in Costa Rica, where her first Reiki session sparked a profound transformation. From that pivotal moment, she cultivated a strong yoga practice that became an essential part of her personal healing. In 2021, Jamie completed her yoga teacher training at Yandara Yoga in Baja, Mexico, and became a Reiki Master Teacher under the guidance of Allison Eaton.
With 13 years of experience as a nurse in hospice, psychiatry, and geriatrics, Jamie brings deep empathy and wisdom to her healing work. She is also certified as a grief coach and trauma-informed through TCTSY. While Jamie is currently developing a specialized grief coaching program, her practice is open to everyone seeking healing, whether they are grieving or simply in need of support.
Reiki, sound healing, and yoga have guided Jamie through some of life’s darkest moments, including the losses of several close loved ones. These sacred practices have been her anchors, helping her find healing, resilience, and strength through each challenge. At Inner Essence Oasis, Jamie blends the powerful energies of Reiki and sound healing to offer deep serenity and renewal to her clients.
Her mission is to share the profound healing she has experienced, guiding others toward peace, joy, and a deeper connection to their inner selves. Jamie feels honored to walk with individuals on their path to spiritual awakening and inner healing.
