How to Prepare
• Bring what you need for comfort during 120 minutes of relaxation:
(yoga mat, pillow, blanket, knee support, eye cover, and water)
• Arrive 15 minutes early to park, check in, and settle. Late entry is not permitted.
Led by Thomas DeSchutter, a seasoned musician with over 40 years of experience in drumming and sound exploration, this session offers a powerful journey into the transformative potential of sound.
