Things to Bring for a Sound Bath

Yoga Mat or Blanket: For comfort while lying down. A thicker mat or a cozy blanket can provide extra cushioning.

Pillow or Cushion: For added support under your head or knees to help you relax more fully.
Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before and after the session.
Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose, breathable clothing that allows you to move and relax easily.
Eye Mask or Soft Cloth: To block out light and enhance relaxation during the sound bath.
Journal and Pen: For reflecting on your experience or jotting down insights after the session.
Essential Oils or Aromatherapy: If you enjoy scents, bring your favorite essential oils for added relaxation.
Blanket or Shawl: To keep warm, especially if the room is cool or if you tend to get chilly during relaxation.
