This class is an opportunity to enter a deep state of meditation with the sounds of crystal singing bowls. Each bowl is tuned in 432 hz (the frequency of universal vibration) with both single tones and binaural beats. The frequencies help to facilitate healing, grounding, clearing and releasing of energy. I’ve found that when playing for others, I am able to intuitively listen for what the particular audience may need at the time. The experience is unique to the individual, but ultimately is an opportunity to connect more deeply with our own inner self and our connection to universal flow.
We begin with a guided meditation, and transition into 30 minutes of singing bowls. At the end of the sound healing, there will be an inspirational reading, followed by the optional choice to share with the group about your experience or the reading.
I started this practice with the simple desire to be able to provide the same kind of vibrational healing that has helped me so much in my journey. I truly look forward to be able to offer this immersive and relaxing experience to those who seek it.
